I believe we’ve previously established that I have awesome friends: They have supported be through this entire writing endeavor and have even gone so far as to film a Rising Shadows book trailer (coming soon!). And then my friend Bethany, who is a fantastic photographer, saw a photo on my Pinterest that I was gushing about., and it inspired her to do an author photo shoot at Mission Trails. I told you I have amazing friends. ^__^ I had the best time hanging out and goofing off with her, and the park was incredible. Here are just a few of the results of a fun Saturday evening!

The moss and trees were such an incredible background for this shot … Don’t you just want to curl up here with a book (and bubble pipe!) for the evening?
